Questions about the order process

Can I also order by phone or e-mail?

Of course, we are at your disposal with your order. Please note that we cannot offer you all payment methods when ordering by phone or e-mail.

Why have I not received an order confirmation by e-mail?

We will always send you an order confirmation by e-mail after the order has been completed. If you do not receive an e-mail within minutes of completing the order, there could be a technical problem or there may be a problem with your e-mail address. In this case, please contact our customer services team.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order is not yet in production, we can cancel the order. Send us an e-mail with your order number.

Can I change my order?

Can I return my order?

Goods ordered from Canvarto are always made according to the specifications the customer has requested. A right of revocation or return does not exist.

How should I proceed if I have a complaint?

Product or manufacturing defects are best reported in writing to If possible, please document the defects with pictures. Faulty products will be replaced immediately and free of charge.

What methods of payment do you offer?

We offer credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), PayPal, instant bank transfer, advance payment and purchase on account.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is CHF 9.90. If the total value of your basket reaches CHF 100.00 shipping is free.

Which parcel service is used to ship my products?

We use the Swiss Post to ship our products to customers.

How long does the delivery take?

It takes approx. 7-11 working days to deliver the package.

How can I track the status of my delivery?

After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a tracking number. Use this number to track the status of your shipment at any time.

What can I do if the shipment is damaged?

Please check the product for damage immediately upon receipt. Transport is sufficiently insured and your product will be replaced. Please contact us as soon as possible.
